Why I built this
I worked night shifts in the hospital and it was brutal! Coffee and energy drinks gave me the shakes and left me crashing by 3am. I wasn't eating properly, wasn't sleeping properly, and was running on empty most nights.
Every night shifter I knew was dealing with the exact same thing: the 3am crash, the shakes, and the exhaustion that never really goes away. My body was falling apart.
So I built what I couldn't find.
Microdosed energy that lasts a full night shift, without the spike and crash. And not overdosing on caffeine!
It's made for people doing the work nobody sees, at the hours nobody wants.

Why coffee and energy drinks let you down at 3am
Coffee doesn't actually give you energy.
It blocks adenosine, the molecule that signals tiredness. While caffeine is blocking those receptors, adenosine keeps building up in the background.
Caffeine from coffee or energy drinks block most of your adenosine receptors all at once. That's the spike.
But as the caffeine wears off, those receptors free up, and the backlog of adenosine binds to them all at once. That's the crash.
Another cup of coffee won't fix this. The more caffeine, the more receptors get blocked, the bigger the backlog of adenosine, and the bigger the crash.
How microdosing works
The fix isn't more caffeine. It's smaller, timed doses.
Blocking fewer receptors at once means less adenosine backs up. Two smaller doses, spaced through your shift, spread the release out instead of letting it spike and crash.
1st gummy – starts your shift.
50mg eases you in without flooding your receptors.
2nd gummy – 2-4 hours later.
Timed just as the first one starts to fade.
You get the same 100mg, released the way your body can actually handle.

Frequently asked questions
Will this keep me awake after my shift ends?
Each gummy contains 50mg of caffeine, released gradually rather than all at once.
Most people take their second gummy partway through their shift. But if you're sensitive to caffeine, time your last dose earlier to give it time to wear off before you're ready to sleep.
Can I still drink coffee or tea alongside this?
Yes, but keep your total daily caffeine in mind. Two gummies give you 100mg — roughly the same as a standard cup of coffee — so if you're also drinking coffee or tea, factor that into your overall intake.
Is it safe to take every shift?
Yes, the formula uses a moderate, consistent dose designed for regular use.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes, our gummies are vegan and halal.
Can I take more than 2 gummies?
Most people find 2 gummies (100mg total) is enough for a full shift.
If you have a higher tolerance, you can take a 3rd: 2 at start of shift and 1 later on.
What if it doesn't work for me?
You're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn't work for you, we'll refund it.
